Do residents or guards need to install an app?
No. Guards scan with any phone's regular camera — no app needed. Residents and admins log in through a browser.
How does the WhatsApp notification work if the number is never shown?
When a stranger taps "Notify Owner via WhatsApp", our server sends a pre-written WhatsApp message to the owner's registered number on the stranger's behalf. The stranger never sees the number. The owner gets a message like: "Hello Rajesh, your vehicle MH01BT8276 at Greenwood Residency was recently scanned. Please check if any assistance is needed."
What does the ₹499/year cover?
Everything — the QR sticker printed and shipped to your society, the verification system, WhatsApp alerts, live chat support, emergency info, document storage, and scan logs. ₹499 per vehicle, billed annually.
What happens if a QR sticker is lost, stolen, or copied?
Unusual scan patterns are auto-flagged. Admins or residents can instantly revoke the compromised QR — the old sticker URL stops working immediately. A new sticker is generated and shipped.
Is our society's data visible to other societies?
No. Each society's residents, vehicles, and scan logs are fully isolated. A society admin only ever sees their own data.
How long does setup take?
Society registration takes under 5 minutes. Residents register themselves. Vehicle approval and QR generation are near-instant after admin review. Physical sticker delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
